Everything you need to know about BalkanRaffle draw regulations
Yes. We operate as a prize competition platform. By offering a legitimate free entry route in addition to paid entries, we comply with the UK Gambling Act 2005. This means we are not a lottery and do not require a gambling licence.
Transparency is our core value. We use the official Google Random Number Generator during a live broadcast on our YouTube channel. This ensures that every result is 100% random and can be verified by anyone watching.
Absolutely. UK law requires that free entries have the exact same chance of winning as paid entries. All valid entries (paid and free) are placed into the same pool before the draw happens.
Simply send a handwritten postcard to our office address with your full name, email address, and the name of the competition you wish to enter. For full instructions, see our Free Entry page.
Each competition has a scheduled draw date shown on its page. If a competition sells out early, we may move the draw date forward. We always announce any changes on our social media channels.
If your number is drawn, we will contact you via email within 24 hours of the draw finishing. We also announce the winner's name live on the stream.
Ticket purchases are final and non-refundable once a draw has been conducted. If a competition is cancelled for any reason, all participants will receive a full refund automatically.
We are a UK limited company and we follow the UK Voluntary Code of Practice for prize competitions. While we are not a gambling operator, we hold ourselves to high standards of fairness and security.
If we cannot contact a winner or they do not claim their prize within 14 days, we will conduct a re-draw using the same pool of entries to ensure the prize is awarded to a new winner.
Our custom UK support desk is online 24/7 to solve checkout issues.
